NYC Coffee - Kobrick Coffee Co.
If you are reading my blog, then you surely know that I live for a good coffee but even more specifically, I live for a good coffee shop.
Kobrick Coffee Co. is located in the Meatpacking District across the street from the Gansevoort Hotel and has become one of my favorite coffee shops I’ve visited while traveling.
What makes Kobrick Coffee stand out id it’s ability to transition from day to night. During the day, one side of the coffee shop is open and offers your usually coffee and little treats, but at night the other side opens up and offers late night bites and interesting cocktails. The day side is warm and inviting with wood tones and greenery, the typical coffee shop get up and the night side is darker and moodier offering a suave ambience.
They are open all day from 7 am to 2 am!
While staying at the Gansevoort Hotel, I stopped by Kobrick each day of my trip. Once for a morning pick-me-up, once for brrakfast, and once for a late night chat with a friend.
